The 100th presbytery meeting of the Philadelphia Presbytery of the Korean American Presbyterian Church was held as follows.

1부: 개회예배 및 성찬식
Part 1: Opening Worship and Communion Service

오전 10 시에 노회장 이성흠 목사의 인도로 찬송가 310 장을 부른 후, 사도신경으로 신앙을 고백하고,
찬송가 149 장을 부른 후, 오창훈 목사가 기도하다.
이성흠 목사가 역대하 16장 9절을 봉독한 후, 이철희 목사가“전심으로 하나님을 향하는 자”라는 제목으로 설교하고,
찬송가 327 장을 부른 후, 이병은 목사의 집례로 성찬식을 거행하다.
찬송가 254장 찬송 후 사랑의교회 임수병 목사의 기도 후에 이병은 목사가 디도서 2장 11-14절을 봉독하고, 설교한 후,
한인개혁장로교회 박영재 장로 외 1명의 장로로 분병분잔하게 하고, 찬송가 254장을 부른 후, 이병은 목사의 축도로
개회예배 및 성찬식을 마치니 동일 오전 11 시 32분이더라.
At 10 AM, after singing hymn number 310 led by Moderator Reverend Sung Heum Lee, we confessed our faith
with the Apostles' Creed, and after singing hymn number 149, Reverend Chang Hoon Oh prayed.

After Reverend Sung Heum read 2 Chronicles 16:9, Reverend Chul Hee Lee preached a sermon titled 'One Turned
Wholeheartedly to God,' and after singing hymn number 327, the communion service was administered by
Reverend Byung Eun Lee.

After singing hymn number 254, Reverend Soo Byung Lim of Church of Love prayed, Reverend Byung Eun Lee read
Titus 2:11-14 and preached. Then, Elder Young Jae Park of Korean Reformed Church and one other elder administered
the bread and wine, and after singing hymn number 254, the opening worship and communion service concluded with
benediction by Reverend Byung Eun Lee at 11:32 AM.

정회: 모든 예배를 마친 후 단체 사진을 찍다. 회무준비를 위해11시 45분까지 정회하다.
속회: 전동진 목사의 기도로 오전 11시 51분 회무를 시작하다.
Adjournment: After concluding all the services, a group picture was taken. For preparation of the committees,
meeting is adjourned until 11:45am.
Resumption: At 11:51am the meeting is resumed after Reverend Dong Jin Jeon prayed.

김희동 장로가 재정을 대신 보고하니 그대로 받다.
점심식사를 위해 1시 15분까지 정회하기로 하다. 점심식사를 위해 김정일 목사가 기도하다.
Elder Hee Dong Kim gave the report in place of the treasurer, and it was accepted as presented.
The meeting was to be adjourned until 1:15pm for lunch. Reverend Jung Il Kim prayed for lunch.

7. Departmental Reports

1) 교육부 보고
교육부가 6월 30일부터 7월 2일까지 진행된 여름 노회 가족 수련회 경과와 행사를 보고하니 받기로 하다.
내년 수련회 기간은6월 29일부터 7월 1일까지로 하다.
1) Education Department Report
The education department gave a report on the events of the presbytery family summer retreat that took
place June 30th to July 2nd, and it was accepted as is. The dates for the retreat next year have been set for
June 29th to July 1st.

2) 임사부
한인개혁장로교회 오창훈 목사가 청원한 장로1인 증원 청원건은 허락하기로 하다.
몽고메리교회 최해근 목사가 청원한 장로 3인 증원 청원건은 허락하기로 하다.
함께하는교회 이무상 목사가 청원한 교회 가입청원은 허락하기로 하다.
영생장로교회 정승환 목사가 청원한 장로 10인 증원 청원건은 허락하기로 하다.
임사부 보고를 받기로 하다
2) Personnel Committee
The petition by Reverend Chang Hoon Oh of the Korean Reformed Presbyterian Church to increase
the number of elders by one was approved.
The petition by Reverend Hae Geun Choi of Montgomery Church to increase the number of elders
by three was approved.
The petition by Reverend Moo Sang Lee of Together Church to join the church was approved.
The petition by Reverend Seung Hwan Jung of Yuong Sang Presbyterian Church to increase the
number of elders by ten was approved.
The report of the Personnel Committee was received.

3) 총회준비위원회 보고
총회준비위원회 보고 중 위원회 조직은 그대로 받기로 하고, 장소결정을 위한 논의를 총회준비임원과 조직된
위원장들이 함께 진행하여 최대한 신속하게 결정하기로 하다.
3) General Assembly Preparatory Committee Report
The committee organization will remain as reported by the General Assembly Preparatory Committee.
Discussions regarding the venue will be held jointly by the General Assembly Preparatory Committee
and the organized committee chairs, with an aim to reach a decision as quickly as possible.

4) 시찰회 보고
(1) 서부시찰회 보고를 받기로 하다.
양의문교회 수습위원회 보고를 그대로 받기로 하다.
양의문교회 화해조정위원회(가칭)를 구성하기로 하다. 위원회 구성은 임원회에서 윤상철 목사 추천 1인,
오요셉 목사 추천 1인, 및 임원 1인으로 구성하는 제안을 참조하여 구성하기로 하다.
4) District Session Report
(1) Agree to receive the report from the Western District.
Agree to accept the report from the Sheep Gate Church Disciplinary Committee as is.
Agree to establish the Sheep Gate Church Reconciliation and Mediation Committee (tentative name).
The committee's composition will be based on the Executive Committee's proposal to include one member
recommended by Reverend Sang Chul Yoon, one member recommended by Reverend Joseph Oh, and one
executive officer.

(2) 동부시찰회장을 이병은 목사로 결정하는 보고를 받기로 하다.
벅스카운티장로교회 임시당회장 김성철 목사 보고를 받은 후 벅스카운티교회가 시행했던 위임목사
청빙을 위한 공동의회를 무효로 하고, 유성헌 목사를 임시당회장 감독하에 설교목사로 세우고 헌법과
노회가 정한 모든 자격과 교육을 받은 뒤 다시 위임목사 청빙투표를 하기로 하다.
임시당회장은 김성철 목사가 계속 맡기로 한다
(2) It was decided to receive a report on the decision to select Reverend Byung Eun Lee as the Eastern
District Committee Chairman.
After receiving a report from Reverend Sung Chul Kim, the interim moderator of Bucks County Presbyterian Church,
the congregational meeting held by Bucks County Church to invite a commissioned pastor was annulled.
Reverend Sung Hun Yoo was appointed as the preaching pastor under the supervision of the interim moderator.
After he received all qualifications and training stipulated by the Constitution and the Presbytery, a new vote was
held to invite a commissioned pastor. Reverend Sung Chul Kim was to continue as the interim moderator.

찬송가 324장 찬송 후 노회장 이성흠 목사가 에베소서 3장 20-21절을 봉독하고, 설교한 후 기도 후 축도로
폐회하니 동일 오후6시 42분이더라.
After singing hymn number 324, Moderator Reverend Sung Heum Lee read Ephesians 3:20-21, preached,
prayed, and after the benediction, the meeting was concluded at 6:42pm.
